Our Career Readiness program equips Soar graduates in university and high school with the skills and connections to meet their professional goals and build successful futures.
The Toolkit
Our Career Readiness Toolkit includes 8 modules, each designed to help participants cultivate a strong sense of self-belief and motivation as they progress through their professional journeys:

Module 3: Professional Branding & Emotional Intelligence
Module 4: Job Search Strategies
Module 5: Interview Preparation & Communication Skills
Module 6: Networking
Module 7: Thriving in the Workplace: Professional Etiquette & Behavior
Module 8: Building Resilience & Managing Stress
Why?
According to 2023 national statistics, the female employment rate in Morocco is 19.8%, significantly lower than the global average of over 50% female workforce participation.
At Project Soar, we’ve identified a critical gap in the socio-economic inclusion of Moroccan girls and women. High school dropout rates leave many teen girls and young women as untapped potential for driving economic growth in Morocco.
How?
Project Soar’s Career Readiness program is empowering Soar Girls as they transition into their professional lives. Through the Soaring to Success: Career, Confidence & Resilience Toolkit, PS Facilitators guide these young women on their journey to career success and personal growth. This toolkit provides practical tools and strategies to help them align their personal strengths with their career goals.
